Products & Services

Sasquatch Customs designs and fabricates custom BBQ smokers, grills, and related metalwork. Each build is custom-made to order. Product images and descriptions on our website are representative and may vary slightly from the final product due to the handcrafted nature of our work.

We reserve the right to modify product offerings, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. All prices listed on our website are in US dollars.

Pricing & Deposits

All custom builds require a 50% deposit at the time of order to begin fabrication. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery or pickup.

For standard products listed on our website, the "Pay Now" option processes the deposit amount (50% of the listed price). Custom projects will receive a detailed quote after consultation.

Prices listed on the website are base prices. Custom modifications, additional features, or upgraded materials may affect the final price. Any price changes will be communicated and approved before work begins.

Payment Terms

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and select buy-now-pay-later options (Affirm, Klarna) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

Build Timeline

Build timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project, current workload, and material availability. Estimated timelines will be provided during the consultation and quote process.

We will keep you updated with progress photos throughout the build. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant changes to your expected completion date.

Shipping & Delivery

Local pickup is available at our shop. For deliveries, we can arrange local delivery or freight shipping depending on the size of the build and your location. Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be quoted separately.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting your order upon receipt and reporting any shipping damage within 48 hours.

Warranty

All Sasquatch Customs builds come with a lifetime warranty on welds. If any weld fails under normal use, we will repair it at no charge.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, rust, or cosmetic changes from use
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
• Damage from accidents, natural disasters, or improper storage
• Paint, powder coat, or finish deterioration from normal use and weathering

Returns & Cancellations

Because each smoker is custom-built to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on custom-fabricated products.

If you need to cancel an order before fabrication has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before any work has started may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus a 10% restocking/administrative fee.

Once fabrication has begun, deposits are non-refundable as materials have been purchased and labor committed to your project.

Limitation of Liability

Sasquatch Customs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Our products involve high heat and open flame — always follow safe operating practices and local fire codes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
